The proprietor, Juliana, is extremely hands-on and worked closely with us to understand our needs, advise us and customize pieces accordingly. Although we faced production issues beyond her control, she kept us informed every step of the way and did her level best to resolve them. We found her to be patient, honest, proactive and provide excellent customer service, moreso than any other store we have come across in Singapore. I would absolutely buy from Snow Globe in the future and recommend Juliana without hesitation, knowing that her clients would be in good hands!
